Definition

If a data record is In Processing and more than x days have elapsed since the last change was made (x = deletion limit in Customizing), then the system automatically puts the data record in the clipboard and flags it for deletion when you call up CATS for Service Providers.
If the data record is not to be deleted (as flagged) then it can be put back into the history using the reset function.

Example

Working time data for the 1 April 2001 is In Processing and was last changed on 1 May 2001.

In Customizing, the deletion limit has been set to 30 days.

From 1 June 2001, the data record is automatically put into the clipboard and flagged for deletion when you call up the transaction.
