Definition

If a data entry profile is derived in CATS for Service Providers and the Release When Saving indicator has not been set, then the option Release is provided in the entry (as in the dialog box of the copy function).

If the Release indicator is set, the system automatically releases the time sheet data when you save it so that it can be approved or be made available for continued processing in the system.

If this indicator is not set, then the entered time sheet data is not released when you save it. Instead it is given the status In Processing.

You can use this field to determine the default value of the Release option.
