Definition
Determines the percentage by which the target hours may fail to be completed.
The lower tolerance limit is calculated from the target hours minus the percentage of target hours specified as the downward tolerance.
Dependencies
Depending on your entry in the Reaction below tol. field, the limit can cause the system to issue a message when the tolerance limit is not observed.
