Definition
Determines that the system automatically fills the Sender business process field in the time sheet with the value given in the HR Time Sheet Defaults infotype (0315) that is valid for the personnel number and day currently being processed.
You can overwrite this value if required.
Use
You can simplify time sheet data entry by using the Sender bus. process default value.
Dependencies
If you specified a sender business process and a sender cost center in the Time Sheet Defaults infotype (0315), the sender business process has priority over the sender cost center. Therefore, if the system has the option of proposing either the sender business process or the sender cost center from infotype 0315 during data entry, it proposes the sender business process.
The system does not, however, propose the sender business process if the user is entering a confirmation for Project System or Plant Maintenance/Customer Service. In this case, the system proposes the sender cost center from infotype 0315.
