Definition

Determines whether the system checks HR quotas in the time sheet and how it reacts if there is insufficient quota available.

Use

Depending on which attendance and absence types you use, deductions may be made to quotas once the data records are transferred to HR. If you want to check quota deduction before the records are transferred to HR, select this field.

The system can react to insufficient quotas in one of the following ways:

blank : The standard reaction is an error message
E : The system issues an error message if the quota is exceeded;
you cannot save released records
W : The system issues a warning if the quota is exceeded
N : The system does not check quotas
