Definition

Determines that you display and select the personnel numbers for which you want to enter data using a list.

Use

You would use this type of data entry in a central data entry office, for example.

Two functions are available:

• You have only selected the Select via pers. list field.

  You choose one personnel number from the personnel numbers proposed and process it using single entry.

• You have selected the Enter for several personnel nos field in addition to the Select via pers. list field.

  You choose one or several personnel numbers from the personnel numbers proposed and process them using list entry. Using list entry you can process data for several personnel numbers at once.
  You cannot use the worklist function in this case.

You determine how your personnel number list is selected using the Time administrator, Organizational unit, Cost center or Selection report fields.
