Definition
When you display or maintain the time sheet, you can change the data entry period using a scroll function. You can specify how far users are allowed to scroll.
The Lower limit relative field determines how many times users can scroll back, taking into account the number of periods you have entered in the Periods field.
Use
Enter the number of times users can scroll using the current data entry profile.
Procedure
Examples
You have entered the period type Weekly data entry with 2 periods. You have set the Lower limit relative to 2.
In this case, users can scroll up to four weeks back from the start date of the data entry period.
Dependencies
Note that a higher value in the Lower limit relative field can slow down system performance, as the number of records that the system must read from the database is also higher.
