Time sheet records that have already been released for the approval procedure.
Use
If you select this field, all released time sheet records are displayed in the variable view.
You can also select several options on this screen, for example to display all new and all released data records.

Use
If the indicator is set, the recorded working time data is automatically released for Approval or further processing in the system when you save it. You do not have to Release the data in a separate step.
If the indicator is not set, the recorded working time data is not released when you save it, but saved with the status In Process. This means that the data is not yet available for approval or for transfer to the Target Applications.
The next time you call transaction CATS for service providers, data records with the status In Process are written straight to the clipboard and can be released there.
