Time collisions can occur between records specifying clock times, or between full-day absence records.
Use
blank : The standard reaction is an error message
E : The system issues an error message when collisions occur in
CATS; you cannot save released records
W : The system issues a warning when collisions occur in CATS
N : The system does not check for collisions in CATS
