Documentation
Definition
Determines that the system highlights records rejected in the approval procedure in the data entry section. These records are display-only.
Use
Select this field if you want employees to see immediately on calling the data entry screen whether a record was rejected. Otherwise, they must first switch to the release view for this information.
By double-clicking on the field, users access the Cell Information dialog box. They can then correct the number of hours entered for the record that was rejected.
