Use
There are three line categories
- BLANK or no sign:
Indicates an entry line in which you can enter activities or absences. - Clock:
A line category with a clock symbol indicates a line providing information on target hours. You can show or hide this information on the screen using the Target hrs on/off function.
The Propose times - target hours function allows you to copy the target hours in the entry screen cells or, if times have already been entered for this day, to distribute the remaining hours.
Note: Whether or not you can use this function depends on how your system has been customized and on the functions available in the SAP version you use. - Plus sign:
A line category with a plus sign indicates a line providing information on the total times entered in each column. You can show or hide this information on the screen using the Totals line on/off function.
Note: Whether or not you can use this function depends on how your system has been customized.
