Definition
This indicator controls whether the residence time must also be reaced for documents in the document flow for a billing document, before the billing document can be archived. The check is made on the basis of the creation data of the relevant flow document, with the residence time that is valid for the relevant billing document in the document flow for billing document archiving.

Example
In Customizing, you have specified that a billing document can only be archived after a residence time of 50 days. If the indicator is set, the billing document can only be archived, for example, once the accounting document (as a follow-on document to this billing document) has reached a residence time of 50 days.
