Indicates that the employee is a single parent for tax allowance purposes.

Use

You select this checkbox to manually grant the single parent tax allowance to an employee. In order to receive the allowance, the employee's fiscal data must combine the following following criteria:

• The Single parent checkbox is selected
• There is at least one dependent child
• The marital status is legally separated

The single parent tax allowance is also automatically granted to employees who satisfy the following criteria:

• There is at least one dependent child
• The marital status is single/ no legal cohabitation

In these cases, it is not necessary to select the Singl e parent checkbox to grant the allowance.
