Documentation
Definition
Specifies the number of dependant children that the employee has.
Use
The value of this field is retrieved during Belcotax reporting and is stored in the Number of dependant children field of the data record for the relevant tax slip.
Procedure
When you create a new record, a default value is displayed, based on the Tax-relevant indicator in the Family/Related Person (0021) infotype, subtypes Child & Stepchild. You can either confirm this value or change it.
Disabled children must be recorded both in this field and in the corresponding From which disabled field.
Examples
For example, an employee has three children, one of which is disabled. In this case, you specify the value 3 in this field, as this represents the number of dependent children.
