Documentation
Definition
Indicates the marital status of the employee.
Use
The value of this field is retrieved by report BELCOTAX - Yearly Income Declaration (RPCBWAB0) when you create the yearly income declaration. The value is stored in the Marital status field of the relevant data record, depending on the tax slip you have selected.
In the marital status, the delivered values are:
- 0 Unknown
- 1 Single
- 2 Married/Legally cohabitating
- 3 Widow
- 4 Divorced
- 5 Separated
- 6 Actually separated
- C Legal cohabitation
- Value 9 for the marital status, although in the customer range of table T5B14, is tolerated with the same effect as value C.
As the tax amount is calculated differently according to the marital status, it is recommended that you select the correct value.
Procedure
When you create a new record, a default value is displayed, based on the Marital status field in the Personal data (0002) infotype. You can either confirm or change this value.
