Documentation
Definition
Indicates the number of disabled dependants (aged under 65 years) for the employee, and who are not the employee's child, stepchild or spouse.
Use
The value of this field is retrieved during Belcotax reporting and is stored in the Other disabled persons field of the relevant data record (depending on the tax slip you have selected). This number is added to the other dependants to determine the total tax reduction.
Procedure
When you create a new record, a default value is displayed, based on the Disability and % fields in the Family/Related Person (0021) infotype, all subtypes, except Child, Stepchild and Spouse. A person is considered as disabled when the percentage is greater than or equal to 66%. You can either confirm or change this value.
Examples
An employee has a dependant, disabled brother who is aged 63 years. In this case, you enter 1 in this field and 1 in the corresponding Number of persons field.
