Documentation
Definition
This indicator determines the activation status of the reference object for Revenues Increasing the Budget (= RIB object).
Note
The RIB object is the central reference object for Revenues Increasing the Budget. Assigned to this RIB object there are:
- Target budget addresses that receive expenditure budget from the RIB process
- Rules determining the distributable amounts
- Source budget addresses providing reference budget values, from which minimum or maximum revenues can be calculated by defining percentages
- Posting addresses providing additional revenues
Input values
The following fixed values are available:
- "A" (active): the RIB object and the attached rules for Revenues Increasing the Budget are active - the budget of the assigned target budget addresses is increased or decreased according to these rules.
- "F" (frozen): the distribution of budget to the assigned target budget addresses is stopped. Already distributed amounts, however, will stay on the target budget addresses in further update runs.
- "I" (inactive): the RIB object is inactive and there are no valid update rules for it. However, if budget documents exist that already have distributed budget due to previously active RIB rules, then these documents are reversed in further update runs.
