Definition
With this indicator you specify whether surplus amounts (= revenues exceeding the upper limits for revenues, as defined in a RIB calulation formula) increase the budget of an assigned surplus budget address or not.
Dependencies
- If you decide to use the surplus amount, you must specify a surplus budget address.
- Other residual revenue amounts such as the surplus amount (as defined above) are currently not supported.
Input values
The following options exist:
- " ": no surplus amounts are supported. Revenues exceeding the upper limit remain on the revenues posting addresses. It is not mandatory to specify a surplus budget address.
- "X": surplus amounts are used. Revenues exceeding the upper limit increase the budget of an assigned surplus budget address. In this case, you must specify a surplus budget address.
