Definition
This indicator specifies the type of budget receiver in the Revenues Increasing the Budget (RIB) process.
There are currently the following types of receivers:
- "N": Expenditures budget address receiving additional budget from the interval between the minimum revenues and the upper limit of a RIB calculation formula.
- "S": Surplus budget address receiving the process amount exceeding the upper limit of a RIB calculation formula.
