Value type used in the Budget Control System

Use

BCS supports the following value types:

  • Budget (B1) corresponds to the approved budget.
  • Release (R1) corresponds to the budget for which consumption authorization exists.
  • Statistical (S1) corresponds to budget with only statistical consumption.
  • # corresponds to an input parameter used, for example, in the mutiple budget entry transaction FMPEP

Note
The value type "Release" is only available if the release has been activated .
