Buffer wait events percentage
This figure gives the percentage of buffer wait events of every allocation of a new shared memory data buffer. It is calculated as 100% * buffer waits / (page reads + buffer writes). It should not exceed 5...7%. It is an indicator for too few BUFFERS and/or too high LRU_MAX_DIRTY/LRU_MIN_DIRTY parameters.
