Grouping criterion of budget entry documents created by a mass process

Procedure

The document family number will be created automatically.

Examples

The carry-over of residual budget creates several entry documents. In one program run, all the entry documents created automatically get the same document family number. To reverse all these entry documents you only have to know the common document family number.

Dependencies

The document familiy number is displayed in the budgeting workbench.

The document family number is created by function module FMKU_GET_DOCFAM.

The retrieval of budget entry documents linked to one document family number is carried out by the function module FMED_GET_DOCLIST_FROM_DOCFAM.
