Maximum value of planned compensation.
The value must be equal to or greater than the minimum payment.
The maximum value is entered directly or read from table T510.

Use
The to field is used in conjunction with the Amount field to identify a suitable range of pay for a position. The field contains a maximum monetary value.
The to field also works in conjunction with the Currency and Period fields, which are used to identify the currency and frequency of pay, respectively.
Procedure
In CREATE mode, use this field to identify the maximum amount of pay acceptable for the position you are working with. To do so:
- type in the appropriate amount
In CHANGE mode, enter a different amount by typing over the existing figure.
