Use

With this indicator you determine which scenario is used for the budget carry-over process. The following scenarios are available:

• Balancing per commitment item category

  The budget carry-over documents must be balanced for each commitment item category separately (default selection).

• Totals balancing

  The total amounts for the sender and for the receiver part of the budget carry-over documents must be balanced. With this selection, a combined carry-over of contributions from expenditure items and from revenue items is allowed.
