Definition
The rollup function enables you to enter budget on lower-level account assignment elements directly.
The distribution from the top node to lower-level account assignments is automatically created by the system.
Three scenarios are offered.
- No rollup.
- Rollup using additive budget: This means that you can have budget input on lower-level account assignments when you update the overall budget. The budget is then also rolled up at the top of the hierarchy.
- Budget without additive budget: This means that you can have budget input on lower-level account assignments without changing the overall budget. The distribution path is then derived in order to get a consistent view of budget data.
