Use

By default, a budget release is applicable to real expenditures (for outgoing amounts). If you checkmark this field, you activate the release function on real revenues (that is, for incoming amounts).

If you want to control your real revenues (for incoming amounts) using the BCS Availability Control functionality, and the release function is active, you must also activate the release on real revenues.
