Example
You want to use a commitment budget with a time horizon of three years. For this, you checkmark the indicator for starting the time horizon from the next year onwards.
As a result, in fiscal year 2004, the commitment budget is valid for the years of cash effectivity 2005, 2006, 2007, with a separate budget defined for each year.
