Definition

Using this option, budget to be released is automatically adjusted according to the budget that is available for release. In general, the amount of a release cannot be greater than the budget. This adjustment, or correction, depends on the update mode you select.

• Add data or Add new data only: amounts to be released are adjusted according to releasable budget.
• Reset and overwrite: amounts to be released are adjusted according to the original budget.

Example

• Initially, 50 % of the original budget is to be released:
• Original : 100 Update mode: 0 Released amount: 50
• Original : 100 Update mode: 1 Released amount: 50
• In a second step, an additional 70% of the original budget is to be released:
• Original : 100 Update mode: 0 Released amount: 70
• Original : 100 Update mode: 1 Released amount: 100
