Documentation
Use
The workflow status is used to distinguish between data that has been preposted and data that has been posted.
The preposted data of a document can increase or reduce the available amount per control object when the document is posted and, for this reason, data that is preposted can have the following workflow statuses:
- Earmarked
The available amount may be increased. - Reserved
The available amount may be reduced.
Definition
The available amount used for defining the workflow status is calculated as the difference between availability control ledger amounts of record type1 and ledger amounts of record type 0. This definition is independent of the selected ceiling type, which is applied for availability checks.
