Documentation
Definition
The usage rate defines the maximum permissible amount of budget consumption as a percentage of the consumable budget.
Availability control detects a budget deficit at the control object level and triggers the appropriate action as defined in the tolerance profile, if the budget consumption exceed the ratio of the consumable budget represented by this usage rate.
Example
An entry of 130% means that you can enter budget consumption amounts up to 30% over the consumable budget before the appropriate action is triggered.
Note
For negative amounts of the consumable budget, the value 0 is always taken as upper limit for budget consumption - independent on the value of the usage rate.
