If you want your background job to start on a particular workday of the month, specify here whether the workday number refers to the end or the beginning of the month.
If you specify workday 3, and it refers to the beginning of the month, the job is started on the third workday from the beginning of the month. If it refers to the end of the month, the job would be started on the third from last workday of the month.
