Shows whether this job is waiting for completion of another job as its scheduled "start condition." A job is able to wait for only a single "predecessor" job, and the background processing system tracks only an immediate "predecessor" relationship.
Therefore, an initial state in this field shows that the job is not scheduled to wait for a predecessor job. The value 1 shows that the job is scheduled to wait for a predecessor job.
