User under whose authorizations the job is to be processed. The default for this field is your user name; the job will be executed using your authorizations.

If the job is to be executed using another user's authorizations, enter that user name. Note, you must have the authorization to enter this name

Procedure

Enter the user under whose authorizations your batch job should be performed.

The user that you enter must:

  • be of type BTC. Normal users, of type DIALOG, cannot be used for checking authorizations during batch execution.
  • be authorized for all of the operations to be performed in your batch job.

Use

Specify the user under whose authorizations a batch job is to run.

Procedure

Enter the name of the user whose authorizations should be used when the system runs this batch job.

The system will complete the batch job successfully only if the user's authorizations allow all actions carried out by the job.

You can enter any user name for which you are authorized, including your own.
