Definition

The capacity utilization level defines which percentage of standard working time an employee works.

Use

Procedure

Examples

The standard weekly working time is 40 hours. Since the employee only works 20 hours per week, his/her capacity utilization level is 50%.

Use

This reduction factor is calculated from the numerator and denominator values.

Examples

The numerator is 90, the denominator 100. The reduction factor is 0.9. The basic pay for the relevant period is reduced to 90 % of its original value.

Dependencies

If the reduction factor is greater then '1', the basic pay is increased.
