Documentation
Definition
This defines the maximum admissible edit mode for a path (segment).
Use
A path (segment) for service adaptation is defined by means of an association. This association may be followed with some edit mode. If the maximum edit mode is set to 0 read only the runtime will not allow to follow it with some other edit mode.
This implies that nodes reached along this path will not be locked during retrieval.
