Definition

Specifies the grouping method used to collect BI Content objects in the activation process. The following methods are available:

• Only Necessary Objects
• Dataflow Before and Afterwards
• Dataflow Before
• Dataflow Afterwards
• Not Applicable

Use

BI Content bundles typically contain high-level BI Content objects, such as Infocubes, that define a reporting scenario. For these objects, the grouping modes Dataflow Before and Afterwards and Dataflow Before are most often used. However, BI Content bundles can also contain other objects that are additionally required for a reporting scenario. For such objects the grouping method Only Necessary Objects can be used.

Not Applicable is used for BI Content bundles that are contained within another BI Content bundle.
