Use
If this checkbox is selected, the data records from the total commitment buffer tables - in accordance with the selection - are compared with the business partners not existing in table BUT000.
Only those business partners with entries in the buffer tables that are not in the central business partner table BUT000, are then deleted.
If the checkbox is not selected, all entries are deleted from the buffer tables, in accordance with the selection.
Dependencies
Example
Assuming business partners have been archived: During archiving, entries are deleted from table BUT000. However, entries for exactly these business partners would initially remain in the total commitment buffer tables.
This means that this report enables you to identify and delete data you no longer need from tables BPTC01, BPTC02 and BPTC03.
