Definition
Specifies the technical field names of the screen fields for the additional data.
Use
By assigning the technical field names of the screen fields to a group category, you ensure that the system displays the group category as a screen field in the additional data.
With the additional data you can define your own attributes for the business partner as fields with unrestricted use (that can be specified in Customizing), user-defined text fields, and checkboxes according to user.
In total you can define up to 11 fields with no restriction, 8 user-defined text fields, and 10 checkboxes according to your individual needs.
Dependencies
You can allocate the technical field types of screen fields to a group category in Customizing for SAP Business Partner for Financial Services under Settings for Financial Services-> General Settings-> Enhancement Options-> Additional Data in the IMG activity Define Category for Additional Data.
SAP specifies a name for the fields to be used. When you allocate the technical field type to a group category the description of the field shown as default in the maintain business partner screen changes to the text for the group category that you have selected.
Enter the following fields for a group category in the IMG activity Define Category for Additional Data:
