Use
- If you choose Customizing as the usage type for the differentiation criterion, the Business Data Toolset (BDT) provides an input help for this field under Differentiation in the transaction Maintain Business Partner with those differentiation criteria defined in Customizing.
- If you choose user-defined text as the usage type for the differentiation criterion, the Business Data Toolset (BDT) defines this field as a user-defined text field, so that no input help is provided under Differentiation in the transaction Maintain Business Partner, and you can enter any text required.
Dependencies
If you choose Customizing as the usage type for the differentation criterion, then define relevant differentiation criteria in Customizing for the SAP Business Partner for Financial Services by choosing Settings for Financial Services-> General Settings-> Basic Settings-> Differentiation-> Define Differentiation Criterion.
