Definition

The status specifies whether a condition record is still open, that is, not settled, or if settlement has already been carried out.

Use

  • Rebate (SD)
    • Status ' ' open
    • Status A release for settlement to be checked
    • Status B released for settlement
    • Status C settlement created
    • Status D condition record is settled
    • Status P not permitted

  • Subsequent settlement (Purchasing)
    • Status ' ' open. The condition record is active and can be used in the document conditions in pricing. Provisions for accrued income are posted and business volumes are updated.
    • Status A, B, C not permitted
    • Status D condition record is settled, that is, settlement documents have been created. For arrangements that are settled periodically this may mean that no other open period conditions exist.
      • Condition records with this status are no longer used in pricing and are no longer updated when changes are made to a pricing carried out previously (for example, they are not adjusted to fit a change in quantity). Provisions for accrued income are no longer posted and business volumes are no longer updated.
    • Status P condition record settled, other periods open. This is the case for an arrangement to be settled periodically, for which the previous period has been settled, but for which another period is open.
      • Provisions for accrued income can still be posted and business volumes can be updated. Pricing considers the periods to be open, that is, uses the condition record in the document conditions despite the successful settlement and updates the document conditions when changes are made to a pricing carried out previously (for example, a change in quantity).

Only condition records with an open status can be changed. To reset the status to open, you must either cancel or delete the settlement documents.
