Definition
Describes the current status of a rebate agreement (SD) or arrangement (Purchasing).
Example
In SD, the status can indicate, for example, whether a rebate agreement has been released for final settlement or whether a credit memo has already been created due to final settlement. In the latter case, you can only display the agreement. To reset the status, you must cancel the document created.
In purchasing, the system assigns the 'settlement created' status to the arrangement as soon as settlement has been carried out for the arrangement. You can change the status of the arrangement where required. The 'final settlement carried out' status is only assigned by the system when the final settlement has been carried out. From this point, you can only display the arrangement. To reset the status, you must cancel the settlement documents created.
The process for condition records is similar. When condition records are assigned the 'settled' status, for example, they can no longer be used in pricing.
Dependencies
You can save a minimum status for the agreement type. The agreement must have at least this status before settlement can be carried out. You can use this to exclude individual agreements from settlement temporarily.
