This line type describes a service, which:

• is necessary for the performance of the service but should only be only used for internal (not external) communication
• can be costed but the costs of which should not be distributed to other service lines and therefore the service line should not be billed

Customers do not have access to information contained in internal lines

Dependencies

The line value does not affect the total value of the Bill of Services (BOS).
