Use
Status New
- You can change the structure but not use it yet.
Status Active
- You can use the structure but you are restricted in the changes you can make.
- Additions and deductions that has already been assigned cannot be changed or deleted. You can, however, add additions/deductions.
Status Locked
- You can neither use nor change the structure.
- You can delete it, provided that no document in the system is still assigned to this structure.
