Definition
Costs for a costing item under consideration of additions and deductions, with reference to the basic quantity.
Use
The basic costs of the costing item are transferred to the service line as basis for sales price determination. The cost component split is created via the cost components. The transfer of the cost components from Easy Cost Planning to the condition types in the costing sheet takes place according to the assignment in Customizing for Bill of Services under Assign Cost Component Structure to Costing Sheet.
Dependencies
The system calculates the total basic costs from the sum of the fixed basic costs and the variable basic costs. These are the result of the sum of the basic price multiplied by the basic quantity and the costs from further additions, deductions and assessments (as value or percentage). The basic quantity is calculated from the sum of the quantity and the additions to and dedeuctions from this quantity (as value or percentage). The basic price is calculated from the sum of the price and the additions and deductions (as value or percentage) on this price.
Total basic costs = fixed basic costs + (price + additions/deductions on price) x (quantity + additions/deductions on quantity) + assessments.
The additions, deductions and assessments are defined in Customizing for Bills of Service under Define Additions and Deductions
