Definition

Defines an addition/deduction for assessment distribution.

Use

If you define an addition/deduction as an assessment, you can distribute the overhead costs in this addition/deduction to different costing items.

Assessments are overhead costs that cannot be assigned to a specific service line in the customer BOS and are therefore distributed among the costing items as additions/deductions.

Dependencies

The overhead costs are calculated separately for a customer BOS.

Example

The costs for thw construction site supervisor, the construction site facilities or the provision of electricity on the construction site are often managed as assessments.
