Definition

Determines the alternatives to a service line in the service overview.

Use

You use alternatives to identify extra execution types:

• KA     No alternative

  This line category is the system default and determines that the service line has no alternative execution methods.

• GZ    Basic line

  If a service line has alternatives you mark this as the basic line.

• AZ    Alternative line

  To determine a service line as an alternative execution you mark this as the alternative line.

  The value of the alternative line is not included in the total BOS value. Only the value of the associated basic line is included in the total BOS value.

Dependencies

You can group associated basic and alternative lines in an Execution. To do this you assign an assignment line to the service line. This is built from a Group Number and a Sequence Number.
