Definition
Period for which certain goods receipt times are valid.
Example
The following validity periods are maintained with the following goods receipt times.
- (a) 01.01.1998 - 12.31.1998 We 16:00
- (b) 06.01.1998 - 08.01.1998 Th 13:00
The validity periods are presented as follows:
- (1) 01.01.1998 - 05.31.1998 We 16:00
- (2) 06.01.1998 - 08.01.1998 Th 13:00
- (3) 08.02.1998 - 12.31.1998 We 16:00
Validity (1) and (3) are presented separately but belong to validity period (a). To make this more clear, validity periods that belong together are marked.
If the goods receipt time is changed from We 16:00 to Th 16:00, the change affects the periods 01.01.98 - 05.31.98 and 08.02.98 - 12.31.98.
