Definition

Defines which inbound deliveries the system transfers to the individual display of the shipment.

You have the following options:

  • Only inbound deliveries that match one of the profiles (preliminary entry or goods receipt posting).

    For the profile preliminary entry, this includes all inbound deliveries that have been entered but not edited in the preliminary entry step. For the profile goods receipt posting, this also includes all the inbound deliveries that have materials with the status In plant .

  • All inbound deliveries including those excluded above.

    In this case, you can also display the inbound deliveries which do not match the profile that has been set.

  • Depending on your settings, a dialog box may appear, in which you are asked whether you want inbound deliveries which do not match the profile to be adopted as well.
