Definition
Shows the earliest possible delivery date for inbound deliveries within a group of inbound deliveries.
Dependencies
There are two options:
- The Annual repetition of date limit indicator is set in the vendor master record so the inbound deliveries are grouped annually by the date limit for the external document identification. This means that two groups can have the same identification when they are in different years. The reference date for the group is the first day of the year in which inbound deliveries in the group fall.
- Example: The date limit is 01.21.1998 and the annual repetition indicator is set. An inbound delivery with delivery date 02.09.1999 within the inbound delivery group means that the reference date for the group is 01.22.1999. A different delivery with delivery date 02.09.2000 would be in a new group with reference date 01.22.2000.
- The annual repetition of date limit indicator is not set in the vendor master record so the inbound deliveries are split into two groups:
- All inbound deliveries with the delivery date up to the date limit for the external document identification are grouped together with reference date 00.00.0000
- All inbound deliveries with a later delivery date are grouped together with reference date one day after the date limit for the external document identification
