Definition
This field is only used in internal processing for booking/ pre-booking/cancelling/replacing a list. The field value is not directly displayed on the list entry screen.
The relevant transaction for this field is highlighted on the screen if the value entered in the field is 'B', 'R' or 'W'. This is the only indication on the screen that the field has an entry.
The meaning of each field value is as follows:
' ' => Transaction entered, and not yet edited
'W' => Transaction is in process: the transaction has certain
unusual features that require a change in the F status
(e.g. if business event capacities are exceeded, or if
booking/prebooking/cancelling a company/organizational
unit where the individual names are not given, or if the
attendee is booked on other business events during the
same time period, or if cancelling a booking for a
status 1 internal business event and/or a business event
with a delete, block or archive flag)
'B' => PP12, PP15 Transaction successfully booked/reserved/
PP13, PP19: cancelled/rebooked
PP14: Transaction successfully booked/cancelled
in the buffer, but is not yet in the database
'R' => PP14 only: Transaction successfully booked in the database
'E' => Booking/reservation/cancellation/replacement was cancelled by
the user, or an error occurred in the booking/
reservation/cancellation/replacement
